Relocation scheme

If you’re a newly appointed employee, we can offer up to £8,000 of financial support to help you relocate your home to Oxfordshire.

Mental health support

Our trained mental health first aiders are on hand to provide support. We also hold monthly online sessions about a range of topics, including menopause support and inclusion.

Mileage and expense claims

If you need to travel to a site that’s not your normal place of work, then we’ll cover your mileage costs. You’ll also be able to claim any excess parking fees incurred during work time.
