Our apprenticeships are a great way to move your career forward. With programmes from level two entry roles all the way up to level seven degree apprenticeships, you’ll learn on-the-job while being supported by one of our partnered training providers.

Career development

We want you to achieve your true potential, so we’ve put in place a performance appraisal scheme that’s focused on your career development. It works by having regular, quality conversations with your manager, which give you the chance to discuss your strengths and interests. Alongside these you’ll have extended one-to-ones to explore how we can help develop your career with us.

Coaching and mentoring

With our coaching and mentoring scheme our high-quality coaches and mentors will help you reflect on and improve your performance. To achieve this, we work in partnership with West Midlands Employers, who provide access to a pool of over 100 experienced and specialist coaches.

Management and leadership

Our expert team can provide a range of different training programmes to help you take the next step in your career. Whether it’s management apprenticeship qualifications, Future Leaders, diplomas or our senior leadership programme, there are lots of ways to progress your career.

Volunteering programme

If you love helping others, then why not try our volunteering scheme? You’ll get two paid days per year to volunteer and all you need to do is match it with two days of your own time. It’s a great way to give something back to the community.

Coaching others

There’s nothing more rewarding than sharing your experience with others. So, we encourage everyone to support colleagues who need a bit of friendly advice now and then. If you want to coach others, or feel you need coaching yourself, then we’re here to make that happen.
