We introduced Magic Notes in spring 2025, dramatically improving how we capture notes and actions during meetings with the people we support. Less time is now spent on admin tasks, and more on meaningful, face-to-face engagement.
Its intuitive design supports neurodiverse staff and those with learning difficulties and because notes are high quality, it’s like having a note taker in the room.
It is a strengths-based, collaborative model that focuses on what families can achieve – not what is currently missing. It runs through every team, every service, and every interaction with families.
It means we have consistent decision making, making it easier for our teams to support families.
Clear, focused training and related supervision and our team have increased confidence in making decisions.
