As a partnership, we're ensuring more people are living well because they're receiving the proper care at the right time.

Working with care providers means you're part of our countywide social care network – a network that is proud to care. Flexible working, free training, and excellent career opportunities all help make it a great choice.

Social care is not all about hands on personal care

You could be based in a residential home or local community. You could be working with people with substance misuse issues, a learning disability, or who need mental health support. You may want a support role in administration or IT.

The variety of roles makes a career in adult social care the place to be. The difference is you'll be making a real difference.
